Founder story – John Hardy, CEO
John has over 30 years experience in talent acquisition (TA). He has led TA for Very.com and Barclays Bank as well as high-growth technology scale-ups such as Modulr.
John’s experience has allowed him to lead everything from volume hiring, early careers, executive and professional hiring involving 100 hires per annum up to tens of thousands.
TA teams in the hundreds are utilising large RPO suppliers and he therefore came to the conclusion that a highly skilled, flexible and expert led solution would be a game changer in a modern TA world.
That’s why Agility RPO was born.
